A sketch made in Penn Station’s Central Market was the guide for this transfer monotype. I’m looking forward to painting these prints with gouache, Neocolor II and/or Inktense pencils. Stay tuned.

A piece of thin Japanese printmaking paper was placed onto an inked copper plate and, with a ball point pen that no longer had ink, I drew, referring to a drawing I made, from direct observation, on the back of the Japanese paper. This was the resultant transfer monotype.
