For the second print I created that evening, at the Salmagundi Club Monotype Party, I referenced a painting by one of my favorite German Expressionists. I didn’t notice the “oops!” until I arrived home.

Below is the reference photo in iPat I was referring to as I removed ink. This process is called Dark Field or Reductive Process.
